Parking on Private Land Appeals

Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA) determines appeals from those who have been issued with parking charge notices in respect of vehicles parked on private land in England and Wales. It is a non-statutory tribunal, established on 1 October 2012 by the British Parking Association at the request of the Government and currently administered by the Ombudsman Service Limited.
