First-tier Tribunal (Asylum Support)

The First-tier Tribunal (Asylum Support) considers appeals by asylum seekers against refusal or termination of support by the Home Office. It has formed part of the First-tier Tribunal’s Social Entitlement Chamber since 3 November 2008, having been first established in April 2000 as the Asylum Support Adjudicators.
