The Supreme Court is the final court of appeal in all constitutional and civil matters in Ireland, and also exercises a limited jurisdiction in criminal matters in appeals from the Court of Criminal Appeal. Besides judgments 2001 onwards (also accessible on the Courts Service of Ireland site), its web site provides information on the membership, composition and jurisdiction of the Court, information on the Irish legal system and courts generally, and the text of the Constitution of Ireland 1937 (as amended).
