Offical Solicitor and Public Trustee

The Official Solicitor and Public Trustee is a combined office which provides administrative and operational support to two separate, independent statutory office holders, the Official Solicitor to the Senior Courts and the Public Trustee. Their function is to help people who are vulnerable because of their lack of mental capacity or young age to take advantage of the services offered by the justice system.
