The Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) enters into agreements with the government concerning compensation of victims of road accidents caused by negligent uninsured and untraced drivers. Documents on the site include the texts of all the Uninsured Drivers’ Agreements and Untraced Drivers’ Agreements applying within various parts of the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
