Criminal Procedure Rule Committee

The Criminal Procedure Rules (CrimPR) apply in all criminal trials in England and Wales. First introduced in 2005, they are now consolidated annually. The Criminal Procedure Rule Committee’s section of the GOV.UK web site provides access to the current rules and forms, information about recent changes, and to relevant Statutory Instruments.
