The Constitution Unit at University College London was founded in 1995 to undertake research and planning on constitutional reform in the UK. Publications on the site include research reports on devolution and other aspects of the UK’s constitutional reform programme, and a regular newsletter Monitor (including all issues from no.1, September 1997). There is also a link to the unit’s separate Constitution Unit Blog site.
