Permanent Court of Arbitration

The Permanent Court of Arbitration is an intergovernmental organisation based in The Hague and established in 1899 to facilitate arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution between states. Its web site includes information on the history, structure and procedures of the Court; the texts of UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and documents; recent, pending and past cases; and annual reports 1999 onwards.
