The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC) regulates and supervises the non-bank financial services sector and global business in Mauritius. Within “Legal Framework”, the Rules and Regulations section of its web site contains the major legislation relating to companies, trusts, insurance, the Stock Exchange, money laundering and income tax. The “Codes and Guidelines” section reproduces various codes for the conduct of business and prevention of money laundering. This site is a division of the Republic of Mauritius portal, although access from that site is not obvious. It includes Hansard, Bills and Acts 2009 onwards, Standing Orders and Rules, 1995 revised 2017, and a directory of members of the Assembly.

This is the gateway web site of the Government of Mauritius, divided into four sub-portals intended for specific user-groups. “Legislations” in the main menu links to laws in force arranged alphabetically, and annual laws 2009 onwards, on the web site of the Attorney General’s Office.

Supreme Court of Mauritius

The Supreme Court’s official web site provides access to the judgments of the District and Intermediate courts, Industrial Court and Court of Rodrigues, 2018 onwards; also cause lists. The “Legislation” section includes Acts, Bills and Regulations, 2018 onwards.
