The Gibraltar Courts Service website includes unreported cases of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal (PDF) 1996 onwards; information on the court system and judiciary; lists of legal practitioners, public notaries and commissioners for oaths; and selected Supreme Court and magistrates’ court forms.

Gibraltar Financial Services Commission

The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) regulates the financial services industry in Gibraltar. Its web site provides a large collection of downloadable legislation, forms and other documents relating to the financial services sector. To display these, select “Regulated Firms”, and choose a subject area.

Gibraltar Public Services Ombudsman

The Gibraltar Public Services Ombudsman investigates complaints from the general public about acts of maladministration undertaken by government bodies or by providers of services appointed by the Government. Reports of complaints and their outcomes are posted on the web site under Investigations. Annual reports, 1999/2000 onwards are also available. HM Government of Gibraltar

The official web site of the Gibraltar Government provides general introductory material relating to the administration of justice, constitutional history and the work of the various government departments. Legislation is provided via a link to Laws of Gibraltar (see below).

Laws of Gibraltar

This official Gibraltar Government web site contains all primary and secondary legislation as currently in force, and bills from 2006 onwards, in PDF. Judgments are included in addition to laws. These currently comprise all judgments published in the hard copy volumes of the Gibraltar Law Reports, commencing in 1812, and judgments, decisions and rulings of Employment Tribunals, 1999 onwards.
