This official web site provides information on the Cayman Islands courts and judicial officers, court rules and practice directions, and lists of attorneys and law firms. Case law consists of Cayman Islands Law Reports and Unreported Judgments. The latter are currently (June 2020) available for the following dates: Court of Appeal (Civil) 2013 onwards, Court of Appeal (Criminal) 2017 onwards, Grand Court (Civil General) 1989 onwards, Grand Court (Criminal) 2000 onwards, Grand Court (Family Division) 2009 onwards, and Financial Services Division 2007 onwards. These are available by subscription, or with limited access on registration. Legislation (Cayman Islands enacted plus UK laws extended to the Cayman Islands) is available on a similar basis.
