Council for Licensed Conveyancers
The Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) is the regulatory body for licensed conveyancers in England and Wales. Crofting Commission
Crofting is a form of landholding unique to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. The Crofting Commission replaced the Crofters Commission as the regulator of crofting on 1 April 2012. The "Forms and Leaflets" division of its web site includes the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993 as amended by the Crofting Reform etc. Act 2007, and as it is (or will be) amended by the Crofting Reform Act 2010; transcripts of decisions by the Land Court on Decrofting Appeals, 1980 onwards, code of conduct for board members and notes of assessors' meetings. Land Registry
The Land Registry administers the land registration system throughout England and Wales. It is an executive agency of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. The site's Professional section is designed for conveyancers and other property professionals and includes general information, explanatory leaflets, forms, and links to relevant legislation including the Land Registration Rules 2003, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, and the Commonhold Regulations 2004. Lands Chamber (Upper Tribunal)
The Lands Tribunal was established in 1949 to resolve certain kinds of dispute about land in England and Wales, particularly relating to the valuation of land. It was transferred into the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal on 1 June 2009, with unchanged functions which include the hearing of appeals from Valuation Tribunals, Leasehold Valuation Tribunals and Residential Property Tribunals. LEASE
LEASE is the Leasehold Advisory Service, a non-departmental public body funded by Government to provide free legal advice to leaseholders, landlords, professional advisers, managers and others on the law affecting residential leasehold in England and Wales. The Property Litigation Association (PLA) is an organisation for professionals specialising in commercial, residential and agricultural property litigation. The "Library" section of its web site includes brief notes of recent property cases. There is also a review of the year's significant cases, entitled "Case Law Kaleidoscope", in each collection of annual PLA Conference Papers from 2003 onwards.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) (known before 1 May 2009 as the Ombudsman for Estate Agents) provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between member estate agencies and customers who are buying and selling residential property in the UK. Registers of Scotland
Registers of Scotland (RoS) is an executive agency of the Scottish Government responsible for compiling and maintaining registers relating to property and other legal documents. The chief registers are the Land Register of Scotland and the Register of Sasines. The site provides access to RoS's web-based services, which are chargeable. There is a wealth of free information available, including information leaflets, reports and the compendious Registration of Title Practice Book.

Residential Property Tribunal
The Residential Property Tribunal is the umbrella organisation for the five regional offices known as Rent Assessment Panels, which settle disputes in England involving private rented and leasehold property, through Rent Assessment Committees, Leasehold Valuation Tribunals and Residential Property Tribunals. It transferred into Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service on 1 July 2011. Accessible here via the Justice web portal are guidance notes, forms, information on appeals and on complaints procedures, and decisions and reasons documents made by Rent Assessment Committees and Leasehold Valuation Tribunals from 1 January 2005.

Valuation Tribunal
The Valuation Tribunal deals with appeals about council tax and non-domestic (business) rates in England. Its web site includes information, guidance notes, recent annual reports, the full text of the Council Tax Guidance Manual, newsletters and other publications. Select "Listings & Decisions" to access a database, covering Wales as well as England, of rating decisions October 1999 onwards, and council tax decisions November 2005 onwards. There are also notes of recent cases in the online newsletters Valuation in Practice (October 2004 onwards).

The Valuation Tribunal for Wales (VTW) deals with appeals about non-domestic rates and council tax.
